The Jam...
Paul Granger is passionate about making hand made jams like his mother used to make in the family kitchen. All the jams are hand made using the freshest produce in small batches to retain the natural color and flavour. Local to Ashmore “The Jam Man” has produced a superior product that the Wine Barrel is proud to pass onto its customers.

The Bread...
Located at Mudgeeraba on the foot hills of the Gold Coast Hinterland, the Mudgeeraba Bakery has been baking bread in it's brick wood fired oven for the past 95 years making it one of the oldest continual working ovens in Australia. The traditional baking skills and unique flavor result in a truly gourmet product.

The Meat + Vege...
The Wine Barrel has tried where possible to source free range and or organic produce from local suppliers. We use all free range pork + chicken, organic mussels + local Queensland or Northern River seafood when available. Freshness and quality produce is of the upmost importance to produce a meal to be proud of.

The Cheese... We are now incorporating a selection of cheeses from around Australia, aswell as the UK,Spain and France

The Wine... Now Licensed, our ever expanding wine list is in full swing, with the experienced palate and love for fine wines, our amazing wine gurus will take you on a culinary wine and food matching journey to remember.
